Nominate your favourite producer for The Good Food Show and Slow Food Bursary Pavilion for their chance of a FREE stand at this year's BBC Good Food Show Summer.
We are looking for producers that demonstrate commitment to the three guiding principles of Slow Food, which are namely:
Good – referring to the pleasure the produce gives to the senses
Clean – Producers must demonstrate respect for the environment, and human and animal health and welfare
Fair– ensuring that the community receives a positive impact as a result of the producers’ activity
We are interested in artisan products, small scale, traditional methods and slow processes. As a guide, these are the categories in which we are looking to award bursary stands for:
Raw/artisan cheeses and diary products
Sustainable fish and fish products
Native meat, pig, poultry breads, game including cured meats /on farm processing
Vegetables, salads and heritage fruit (fresh or preserved including drinks)
Artisan bread and regional baked goods
