Nestlé Toque d’Or at BBC Good Food Show Summer 2008

The ultimate inspiring foodie competition for catering students, The Nestlé Toque d’Or Competition, held their Grand Finals at the 2008 BBC Summer Good Food Show in celebration of its 20th Anniversary.

This unique challenge presents students with the chance to demonstrate their skills by creating their own distinctive restaurant concept.  Previous competitors have included Jamie Oliver and James Martin, and the initiative is supported by leading chefs from around the UK.  Visitors to the Show were able to book into the restaurant to savour the experience of a restaurant run by the nation’s very best in young culinary talent and get a taste of the future!

The competition is not yet confirmed for the 2009 Show, but information will be presented here as soon as available.
