Many of our foodie visitors are also keen on growing fruit, vegetables and herbs and the Grow Your Own Area is the perfect place to pick up top tips and advice from the experts, including presenters from TV programme Gardeners' World and the Royal Horticultural Society.

The Grow Your Own Area takes place in the outside gardens at The NEC, as part of BBC Gardeners' World Live which you are free to go to with your ticket to The BBC Good Food Show Summer! This beautiful, working garden set in the heart of the Grow Your Own Area is not to be missed by anyone wanting to know more about growing delicious and healthy home grown produce. This is the ultimate destination for anyone who craves tips on how to live the good life and learn about what can be achieved with even the smallest of plots.
