Make it a family day out! On Saturday and Sunday, any paying adult can bring up to two children under 16 to the BBC Summer Good Food Show, absolutely FREE! (Children aged under 5 get free admission into the Show each day)

Gardeners' Green is the focus for family activities with fun, face painting, Punch & Judy, giant garden games and much more.

The Show is also a perfect opportunity to educate children about food and plants with lots to see, do and taste around the Show (your ticket gives you access to BBC Gardeners' World Live too). The Grow Your Own area is ideal for showing kids all about where their fruit and veg comes from.
