Here are a few tips to help you make the most of your great day out at the BBC Summer Good Food Show:

• The BBC Summer Good Food Show is open from 9am – 6pm each day.
• Check the weather forecast; some features of the Show are outside – choose suitable clothes and footwear.
• Travelling to and from the show is an important part of your overall experience. The NEC is easily accessible by road, rail and air!
• If you have a ticket that includes a seat in the Summer Kitchen (where you can see top chefs including James Martin and the Hairy Bikers cooking live) make sure you arrive at the theatre 15 minutes before the start time.
• Avoid the queues – our cash machines are in big demand, so pick up your cash before getting to the show.
• Visit one of our merchandise stands where you can purchase an official limited edition BBC Summer Good Food Show trolley, show bag, or drink tasting glass and holder. Show merchandise starts from £5.
• Make your shopping that much easier by leaving your purchases at Shop 'n' Drop, at the bargain price of £1 per drop. Just don’t forget to collect them on the way out!
• Use the website and exhibitor list to create your own ‘things I want to do at the show’ itinerary!

 Pandemic Policy

If you have swine flu and are unable to attend the show, we will honour your ticket to attend next year’s show instead on production of a medical certificate from your doctor.  Please write to us with your booking reference number and attaching a copy of your medical certificate to BBC Good Food Shows, Haymarket Exhibitions, Teddington Studios, Broom Road, Teddington, Middlesex, TW11 9BE or email: ginny.braynsmith@haymarket.com.
