TASTE WORKSHOPS PRESENTED BY SLOW FOOD, 2010

Slow Food's Taste Workshops are an opportunity to taste food from some of the best small producers in the UK. Conforming to the principles of Slow Food, the food from all participating producers is quantifyably good, clean and fair.

By taking part in one of these intimate sessions, you'll taste deliciously simple ingredients and hear the story of the people who produce it.

Slow Food’s Taste Workshops give you a chance to experience the taste of food and drink being reared, grown or brewed by some of the UK’s best small producers with love and care and generally using traditional methods.

During each of the workshops Slow Food producers will explain areas of our food heritage and how that reflects in the flavour and quality of what we eat.

Workshops themes for 2010 are not yet confirmed, but details will appear here as soon as they become available. Workshops in 2009 included Tastes of Cumbria and Real Veal: The Dairy Connection.
