Available uniquely at the BBC Summer Good Food Show was the chance to dine in the Nestlé Toque d’Or Restaurant and taste exquisite dishes prepared by the celebrity chefs of tomorrow. On each day of the show a different catering college ran the restaurant, mentored by a Michelin starred chef, in the culmination of the hard fought competition to find the next generation of top restaurateurs. 

The restaurant was a resounding success with each college receiving high acclaim for their food, service and presentation. Both Jamie Oliver and James Martin have taken part in the competition in the past and the menus were delicious and innovative.

The wait is finally over!
The five finalist teams for Nestlé Toque d'Or 2009 are:

• North Devon College
• Blackpool & the Fylde College
• Sussex Downs College
• Belfast Metropolitan College
• City of Bristol College

These five colleges have battled it out for the coveted title of Champions at the Grand Finals a the BBC Summer Good Food Show.

Visitors enjoyed, for just £25 per head. a fabulous three course meal cooked by some of the brightest culinary stars of the future.
