The BBC knows ‘Good Food’; It’s So Mango!

It’s So Mango is delighted to make its first major public debut at The BBC Good Food Show Summer, Stand F442.
The new product gives consumers all-year-round access to the taste of the world’s best mangoes, the King Alphonso. Each 200g pouch of It’s So Mango contains the pure fresh pulp of two naturally ripened King Alphonso mangoes without the fuss of peeling, stoning, mess or waste from whole fruits.

It’s So Mango contains no preservatives, but can be stored for up to 18 months without refrigeration. There’s now no excuse for not having the delicious taste of 100 per cent pure mango all year round.
The fruit for It’s So Mango comes from family-owned orchards in the Western Ghats of India which have been using sustainable growing methods for over 100 years.

Alfonso Mangoes, known as the ‘king of Mangoes’, have a world-wide reputation for the colour, quality and taste of the fruit. Grown in the Devgad region in Southern India Atul Agro’s mangoes mature in rich soil to produce a wonderful flavour and thick pulp.
The hand-picked fruit is harvested from mid-March through to the end of May and is then naturally ripened.
The pouch technology, developed by Atul Agro, is crucial to maintaining the quality and 18-month shelf life of It’s So Mango. The pouches are manufactured by an Indo-German company which has ISO22000:2005 certification.
The pouch’s packaging meets all relevant EU regulations on food packaging. The aluminium foil base acts as an effective gas and moisture barrier along with a high temperature sealant layer.
